Parimatch discontinues its technical and franchise operations in Russia.

And after completing all required legal actions pertaining to its technical solutions, the Parimatch brand has permanently exited the Russian market.

Russia is thus no longer permitted to use any Parimatch marketing materials, symbols, colours, global ambassadors, or slogans. Furthermore, local ambassadors are barred from using Parimatch branding, and all Parimatch tech solutions are currently unavailable in Russia.

The Supervisory Board of the Parimatch Tech holding company decided back in February to pull the franchise from Russia. It was a direct outcome of Russia invading Ukraine militarily.

After then, Betring LLC, the owners of the Parimatch trademark under a franchise agreement, received all pertinent paperwork.

Roman Syrotian, co-CEO of Parimatch Tech, stated: "It is unacceptable for us to use the brand and tech solutions in Russia because of the war that Russia began against the Ukrainian people and state. The Parimatch brand has been dropped, and all operational and technical processes are no longer supported.

Parimatch Tech's co-CEO, Maksym Liashko, continued, saying, "The Board's decision to exit the Russian market was implemented on all levels." Any continued use of the Parimatch trademark in Russia will be seen as a breach of intellectual property.
