Xtremepush and Kwiff form a collaboration

Working with Xtremepush, Kwiff is utilising tailored alerts for games or events that players will find interesting based on their profiles, thereby reshaping its engagement and retention strategy.

By using the engagement technologies integrated into the customer data platform, Kwiff will also gain from Xtremepush's products by being able to deliver web push notifications and web inbox messages.

Thanks to player segmentation and data ingestion features of Xtremepush's customer data platform, Kwiff has observed a 27% click-through rate for inbox alerts and a 33% click-through rate for web push.
